Ryan Dirgins is a video editor and sound engineer based in New York City. He earned his BA in Film Studies and Music from Wesleyan University, and currently edits and mixes sound for Public Opinion, an NYC media company. Ryan is a creator at heart, consistently molding creative ideas into consumable, thought-provoking art.Â
Originally from Pleasantville, New York, Ryan attributes his longtime love of cameras and microphones to growing up around the corner from a small art house cinema called the Jacob Burns Film Center. His most recent independent film venture was writing, directing, and editing a short film called Sensation, which premiered at the Sleepy Hollow International Film Festival, taking place in his home county. When he's not editing, he's producing music in his home studio... currently working on an album!
